Andrew Moon
Chairman
Andy is a third generation family member of The P & M Group and has guided the business through the many phases of growth. He has carried on the cultural legacy of his father and grandfather based on strong core values and ethical approach.
Tony Wall
Managing Director
Tony’s role is to drive the commercial development of all the Group’s businesses, develop new opportunities and manage key relationships. He’s been with the Group since 1990 and has been instrumental in the progress to a market leading business.
Adrian Smith
Board Director
Adrian is the MD of leading insulation contractor ISD Solutions and board member of The P & M Group. Adrian has been with the Company since 1993 and his role includes overseeing both ISD Solutions and S Tysoe Installations.
Jane Gwatkin
Board Director and Company Secretary
Jane has been with the Group since 1993. Appointed to the board in 2020, she brings her strong background in finance, HR and administration to the business, which helps with our good governance and presenting the human face of our operations.
Iain McGuire
Group Financial Director
Iain McGuire joined the Company in 2019. His role and that of the finance team is to provide financial stability to support the Company’s growth and investment goals, and the board in the good governance of its statutory and sustainability objectives.
Steve Baker
Group Safety Director
Steve Baker joined the Company in 2012 and has over twenty years’ experience in health and safety focused foremost on the construction industry. Qualified to GradIOSH MIIRSM Steve has built a first-class safety team and helped the Group create a safety culture focused on continual improvement. Steve is a firm believer in the importance of teamwork and “that this applies to all roles including safety; a team needs different players with different skills but no single role is any more important than another; it is just different.”
Joanne Moore
Group Sustainability Manager
Joanne Moore was part of the initial group of employees who volunteered to help the Company forge a sustainability strategy and appointed to the new fulltime position in 2023. She has an infectious passion to make a difference and is keen that as well as the Company’s net zero targets it also recognises the importance of social value in the context of sustainability.
